Using Tennis means you agree to these terms.
Description of Service
Tennis lets you record tennis matches, singles or doubles, with registered players or guests, and computes ELO ratings and standings from recorded results.
User Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
User Conduct
Record match results honestly and don't use the app to harass or abuse other users.
Ratings Are Estimates
ELO ratings are computed by a formula that may be refined over time. They're a fun estimate of relative skill, not a guaranteed or official ranking.
Content
You retain ownership of the match data you enter. By using the app, you allow it to be shown to other players as part of shared standings and match history — that's the app's core purpose.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including that ratings or standings are error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
